1. Bachelor University degree in Horticulture, Crop Science, Engineering, Biology, Agribusiness or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.

2. Languages spoken fluently: English & Spanish.

3. 3+ years of related technical, sales or customer service experience preferably in an agricultural business.

Se valora:
Portuguese will be desirable.

Descripción del puesto:

The Sales & Grower Support Representative is a front-line position responsible for delivering Fall Creek’s mission to bring exceptional plants and solutions to optimize customer success.

This position reports to the Territory Manager and collaborates closely with other departments in the Company. The Sales & Grower Support is responsible for providing technical product

Support and executing sales for customers within the Iberian Territory.

Key Functions:
Manage commercial account relationships in the assigned territory: plant ordering, availability, terms and conditions that lead to a successful relationship between Fall Creek and the customer.

Provide product support and technical assistance to customers in Spain and Portugal. This includes providing qualified advice and perspectives, on-site evaluation, pre-plant preparation, variety selection, and post-plant cultural care.

Collaborate with the Territory Manager in identifying and developing new accounts. Provide feedback to management regarding the state of the industry and our competition.

Provide feedback to the global sales team and the R&D teams on variety performance as well as performance of selections in trial sites.

Represent the company at regional meetings, tradeshows, and industry events.
