Destination Management Company covering Spain and Portugal and specializes in field of incoming Incentive, Meeting, Conference groups and Events.
They are currently looking for a highly motivated, creative and winning aspect International sales manager
Responsibilities:
– Able to develop new business as per objectives.
– Earn the respect of the clients and other company employees.
– Develop and maintain client loyalty.
– Safeguard the company’s reputation.
– Compliance with the company rules and values.
required skills
Candidates with minimum of 3 years experience in DMC Sales Management or similar.
Enthusiasm for Spain and Portugal as a MICE destination Commercial thinking with sales and consultancy flair.
Excellent organization and advanced MS Office skills.
Ability to relate to clients.
Good communication skills with excellent command of English and Spanish (oral and written).
Knowledge of any other additional language will be valued, mainly German or French.
In-depth knowledge of the different characteristics and cultural aspects of the destinations.
Must be able to create solid relationships, generate high volumes of leads and maximize conversion.
A highly motivated, results driven individual with a sense of urgency about achieving objectives.
